Griffin Day

Griffin Day is an accomplished professional in production planning and management with extensive experience at General Dynamics, specifically at Bath Iron Works and Ordnance and Tactical Systems. Currently serving as the Ground Assembly Production Planning Section Manager since May 2021, Griffin has a strong focus on enhancing manufacturing efficiency by applying lessons learned from the DDG-51 Flight III upgrade. Previous roles include Senior Production Planner, where responsibilities involved scheduling production flows, updating resource requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize shipbuilding processes. Griffin's career in production planning is supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Power Engineering Technology from Maine Maritime Academy.
