Prior to this, Briana worked as a Business Development Consultant at Mike Rosenello Windows and as a Director of Sales Marketing at Bath Planet. Briana also served as the Senior Director of Marketing at AAPCOHI, where they were responsible for marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer satisfaction. Briana has experience in real estate as the Vice President of Relentless Realty, INC and as a Marketing Consultant at Darksid3. Additionally, they have worked as a Director of Marketing at San Benito Pediatrics and as a freelance consultant, where they provided marketing and crisis management expertise to various organizations. Briana's work focuses on cultivating innovation, compassion, and connection within companies and helping them fulfill their purpose.

Briana Hetherington attended California State University, Fresno from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Mass Communications Journalism with a focus on Electric Production. Their field of study also included Meeting and Event Planning. In 2023, they became a Founding Member of New Jersey Young Professionals for Good at Grapevine institution.
