Roland Teare is a highly experienced medical professional with a strong focus on sports and exercise medicine. Currently serving as a GP in the Fracture Clinic at Wiltshire Health and Care LLP and an Independent Matchday Doctor for Premiership Rugby, Roland also holds a lecturer and teaching fellow position at the University of Bath. Additional roles include GP in the Fracture Clinic at Banes Enhanced Medical Services + and GP in the Sports Injuries Clinic at Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust. Roland has been the 1st Team Doctor and Lead Academy Doctor for Bath Rugby since 2015 and served as Club Doctor for Swindon Town Football Club until 2017. With a Master of Science in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of Bath and medical qualifications from Imperial College London, Roland has continually contributed to both clinical practice and education in the medical field.
