Jayesh qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984 and has extensive experience in financial advisory services, investments analysis, company law matters, project finance, working capital finance, project reports, feasibility studies, stock market investments, portfolio investments, management advisory for restructuring businesses and raising private equity and venture capital.
