Prasad has been heading the operations of the Bengaluru branch of the firm from its inception. Prior to joining Bathiya, Prasad’s Industry experience spread across the Risk Advisory Team of Capgemini to the Airline Accounting System Implementation team of Wipro.

Prasad independently handles several corporate engagements out of the Bengaluru office of the firm and is predominantly engaged in Assurance and Direct Tax matters. Prasad also represented before various statutory Authorities such as the National Company Law Tribunal, Income Tax Commissionerate, Registrar of Companies, etc.

Prasad assisted many startups and foreign MNCs to set up business units in Bengaluru and in obtaining various local licenses.
