Marlee Lawson

Marlee Lawson is a business professional pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance at Pacific Lutheran University. Currently serving as a Client Service Associate Intern at Batik Financial, Marlee assists Financial Planner Steve Sarwono in helping public school employees achieve their financial goals through client meetings and financial calculations. As a PLU School of Business Ambassador, Marlee organizes programs related to marketing, finance, management, and accounting while fostering connections between the School of Business and the local business community. Additionally, Marlee has experience as a Resident Assistant, supporting first-year students in their transition to campus life, and is set to undertake an Area Manager Internship at Amazon. Previously, Marlee was the owner of Picked Pressed Preserved, a business focused on preserving wedding flowers and creating art, which involved extensive planning and financial management.
