Nick Laface

Nick LaFace began their work experience in 2006 at Future Shop, where they held various roles including Warehouse Associate, Entertainment Coordinator, Merchandising Supervisor, and Operations Product Process Supervisor and Manager. In 2015, they moved on to BATL | The Backyard Axe Throwing League, starting as General Manager and progressing to Head of Business Development, Expansion Manager, Senior Expansion Manager, Senior Manager of Operations and Facilities, and currently holds the position of Associate Director of Operations for Canada and USA.

Nick LaFace attended Mohawk College from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained a Certificate in General Studies. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Create an Inclusive Work Culture" in September 2022, "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All," and "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" in August 2020. Nick also received certifications in "Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander," "Communicating Across Cultures," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and "Unconscious Bias" in July 2020.
