Haim Schwartz

Haim Schwartz is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in leading strategic processes across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at BATM since April 2024, Haim previously held the position of VP Operations at Velox Ltd., where responsibilities included building operational systems and establishing strategic procurement. In former roles as VP Global Operations at Solcon Industries Ltd. and Plant Manager at Greif, Haim focused on improving service levels and operational performance. As COO at R.H. Electronics, oversight of substantial sales volumes and a workforce of over 400 employees was maintained, while earlier career experiences included directorships and program management at Avaya and ECI Telecom. Haim holds an MBA in Finance from Ono Academic College and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Ariel University.
