Diane Bourgeois began their work experience in 2001 as an Internal OD/Performance Improvement Consultant at Texas Health Resources. In 2004, they joined Baton Rouge General Medical Center and held multiple roles, including Director of Business Development & Physician Outreach, Director of Service Excellence, and Service Excellence Coordinator.
Diane Bourgeois completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health Care Management from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the GE Training Program in 2009. In 1993, they obtained a Master of Science in Social Work with an Administration Track from the University of Texas, along with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in the same field.
