Eboni Saurage, EdD, CST, FAST, currently serves as the Dean of Nursing and Allied Health and Assistant Professor at Baton Rouge Community College since July 2014, while also holding the position of Program Director for Surgical Technology. Eboni has been President of the Louisiana State Assembly of AST since March 2020 and has worked as a Certified Surgical Technologist at Baton Rouge General Medical Center since 2013. Prior experience includes working at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University, where Eboni held various roles including Program Director and Instructor for Surgical Technology. Eboni's academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Healthcare and a Master of Science in Academic Program Administration and Leadership from Nebraska Methodist College, along with a BS in Health Sciences and an Associate of Science in Surgical Technology from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University.
