Matt Sprowles

Matt Sprowles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, investment consulting, and strategic planning. As a Co-Founder and Partner at Inventive Partners since January 2024, Matt focuses on educating small and medium-sized business owners about the tax advantages of Cash Balance Plans. In addition to this role, Matt serves as a consultant at Sagemont Advisors and has investments in Le Chateau and Genesis Apartments. Previous experience includes a position in business development and strategy at Roofstock, regional director at WeWork, and vice president at Madison Partners. Matt began a career in real estate at Colliers-International and gained foundational skills in accounting at KPMG. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and is currently pursuing further education at Universitat d'Alacant.
