Keith McComb

Keith McComb is Senior Vice President, Operations; he works closely with Battea's research, claims filing and tracking, technology, and customer service teams to enhance Battea's operational efficiency. He has extensive experience in the securities class action space, joining Battea from Rust Consulting, a leader in class action notification and settlement administration. In his ten-plus years with Rust Consulting, Keith spearheaded a number of initiatives in electronic filing, project management, and quality assurance, touching every phase of the securities claims administration process. His unique insight into the claims processing and disbursement process is an asset to Battea. A magna cum laude graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, he is based in the Stamford, CT office.
