Ashley Jo Winters-Glenn

Ashley Jo Winters-Glenn serves as a City of Ammon Planning and Zoning Commissioner since January 2023, focusing on promoting health, safety, and orderly growth within the city while preserving its unique attributes. Concurrently, Ashley has been part of the Idaho National Laboratory's team since February 2017, progressing through roles in IT Enterprise Change Management and Stakeholder Communications, where responsibilities include driving IM initiatives, crafting communications, and preparing critical reports for the Department of Energy and senior leadership. Additionally, Ashley has been a Bookseller at Barnes and Noble Booksellers since May 2006. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Idaho State University, for which studies were completed from 2002 to 2007.
