Carl Kutsche

Carl Kutsche serves as the Director of Strategic Technology Integration at the Idaho National Laboratory, where responsibilities include maintaining executive connections and business intelligence within the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, and Intelligence Community for a 300-person directorate. With a career spanning over three decades, Carl has held various leadership roles, including Department Manager for Wireless and Communications Technology, Department Chief at the Joint IED Defeat Organization, and Deputy Chief of the Intelligence Division at the Air Force Research Laboratory. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Optics from the University of Central Florida, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and dual B.S. degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
