Crystal Shepherd

Crystal Shepherd is a finance and analytics professional with a diverse background in financial controls, data analysis, and guest services. Currently serving as a Planning and Financial Controls Specialist at Idaho National Laboratory since January 2022, Crystal previously held roles as a Financial Analyst at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company and a Data Analyst at the College of Eastern Idaho. Early career experience includes working as a Math Tutor at Brigham Young University - Idaho and as a Guest Services Manager at Chick-fil-A Franchise. Crystal is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Boise State University, expected to be completed in July 2025, following a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
