Donna O'Kelly has extensive experience in the nuclear and analytical chemistry fields, currently serving as the Director of the Fuel Cycle Division and the Director of Analytical Research Laboratories at Idaho National Laboratory since February 2015, as well as the Chief Operating Officer of the Materials and Fuels Complex. Prior to this role, O'Kelly worked at the National Institute of Standards and Technology from July 2009 to February 2015 as the Group Leader of the Elemental Measurement Science Group and as a Research Chemist, specializing as a Nuclear Analytical Chemist at the NIST NBSR reactor. O'Kelly's earlier experience includes a decade as Laboratory Manager at the University of Texas at Austin and various positions, including Research Scientist and Graduate Student, at Texas A&M University from 1988 to 1999. O'Kelly holds a PhD in Nuclear Chemistry from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Idaho State University.
