Erin Searcy

Erin Searcy serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Nuclear Science and Technology at Idaho National Laboratory, leading technology deployment activities, budget management, and engagement with key advisory committees. With a strong background in strategic planning and program management, Erin has previously held roles such as Director of Strategic Planning and Transformation and Department Manager, overseeing numerous research projects with significant funding. Erin's experience includes managing interdisciplinary teams, coordinating with various institutions, and developing strategies that enhance research effectiveness. Erin holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Alberta and both a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
