Jennifer Rice

Jennifer Rice is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the ServiceNow Solution Delivery Lead and Team Lead at Idaho National Laboratory since April 2021, Jennifer manages team performance and focuses on prioritizing goals. Previous roles include Lead Process Manager and ITSM Product Owner at Amica Insurance, where a comprehensive analysis of ITSM implementation was conducted to enhance process effectiveness. Additionally, Jennifer has worked as an ITSM Process Consultant at Kettle Consulting Group and held various positions at Herbalife and EMC, strengthening IT processes and applications globally. Jennifer holds an MBA from Biola University and a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
