Software Engineer IV / Technical Lead / Lead Software Architect at Idaho National Laboratory

Matt Meng has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering. Matt started their career as a Web Developer at Danemco in 2006. Matt then worked as a Software Developer I at AMX International from 2008 to 2010, where they developed custom integration solutions and mastered JDEdwards ERP suite development tools. Matt also worked as a Software Developer II at Delorum from January 2010 to September 2010, and at AMX International from September 2010 to November 2012, where they continued to develop custom integration solutions and demonstrated services and products to clients.

From November 2012 to August 2017, they joined Intel Corporation / McAfee as a Software Engineer III / Devops Engineer. In this role, they led the development of an internal Ruby on Rails application that automated product setups, created an internal testing framework to encourage Test Driven Development, and led the transition from SVN to Git and Github. Finally, since September 2017, they have been working at Idaho National Laboratory as a Software Engineer IV / Technical Lead / Lead Software Architect.

Matt Meng graduated from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Industrial Control Systems Cyber Security Training from the Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team at the US Department of Homeland Security.
