Robert Tarwater

Robert Tarwater is a seasoned professional in national security and cyber operations with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager at Idaho National Laboratory since May 2019, Tarwater also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the UTSA Carlos Alvarez College of Business Cyber & Analytics Advisory Board. Previous roles include Director of Air Force Strategy & Solutions at Leidos, and Regional Cyber Director at Parsons Corporation, where leadership skills were demonstrated in developing cyber intelligence solutions. Tarwater’s military background includes various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, focusing on cyberspace operations, command and control, and strategic planning, with significant oversight of budgets and operational testing of critical technologies. Tarwater holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Arkansas.
