Scott Fischer

Scott Fischer, CMRP, is a seasoned professional in maintenance engineering and management with extensive experience in diverse industries. Currently serving as a Reliability Centered Maintenance Engineer and ATR Work Week Manager at Idaho National Laboratory since July 2022, Scott previously held roles including Plant Engineering Manager at Amy's Kitchen and Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Sazerac Company, where a passion for the bourbon industry was expressed. With a solid foundation in maintenance management from Basic American Foods and Mueller Co., Scott successfully developed and implemented reliability programs that significantly reduced downtime. Earlier experience includes serving as an EHS Manager at International Paper and a four-year tenure as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
