Thomas Steele

Thomas Steele has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Early Career PhD Programs Lead Recruiter at Idaho National Laboratory since November 2014. In this role, Thomas manages full-cycle recruitment for doctoral research positions and builds relationships with students early in their academic journeys. Previously, Thomas held the positions of Talent Acquisition Specialist and Lead Recruiter at Allstate Insurance, focusing on recruiting Customer Service Specialists. Earlier experience at Idaho National Laboratory as a Technical Recruiter involved staffing for various scientific projects, alongside HR roles providing consultation in staffing, compensation, and policy. Thomas began a career in HR as an HR Administrator for the BNFL/Advanced Mixed Waste Treatment Project. Thomas holds a BBA in Management/Human Resources from Idaho State University.
