Ryan Heil is an experienced operations manager currently leading multiple support organizations at Battelle National Biodefense Institute, LLC, where responsibilities include facility maintenance operations, environmental operations, property management, and equipment calibrations. Battelle National Biodefense Institute, LLC (BNBI) manages and operates the National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center (NBACC) as a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). National Biological Threat Characterization Center (NBTCC) mission is to establish the scientific basis for the threat posed by traditional, emerging, enhanced and advanced biological agents and life science-related technologies to support and inform Homeland Security Enterprise (HSE) biodefense preparedness, response and recovery decisions.
