Duane Graddy

Duane Graddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales management. Currently serving as a Senior Capture Manager at Battelle since March 2021, Graddy focuses on driving sales growth within the Environment and Infrastructure Business Unit, working to enhance Battelle’s engagement with Federal agencies in the science, technology, research, and testing & evaluation sectors. Prior to this role, Graddy worked at Jacobs from July 2002 to February 2021 as a Sales/Business Development Principal, achieving significant wins such as a $418 million contract for West Sound Base Operations. Graddy also has a background in journalism, having served as an award-winning editor at Lakeway Publishers, where over 2,000 stories were published. Graddy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Arts from Middle Tennessee State University, alongside a foundational education at Brentwood Academy.
