Jonda Kinnear, ASQ CMQ/OE, CQIA, has extensive experience in continuous improvement and quality management across various industries. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager-Social Scientist III at Battelle since September 2015, Jonda leads improvement initiatives and manages the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system within the Life Sciences Research business line. Prior roles at Battelle include Quality Systems Principal Research Scientist, providing quality oversight in health research. As President and Independent Consultant of The Edwards Group International, LLC from January 2009 to April 2016, Jonda specialized in KAIZEN and continuous improvement strategies. Earlier experience at NetJets Inc. involved evaluating business jet aircraft quality and developing process-based quality management systems, following a role as Regional Marketing Coordinator at Unisource Worldwide Inc. Jonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Process Management from Franklin University.
