Michael Silvestro

Michael Silvestro has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development for Health at Battelle since October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President and Sector General Manager at HDT Global from May 2022 to October 2023. Michael also held multiple roles at BOH Environmental LLC, including President from January 2021 to May 2022, and Chief Revenue Officer from September 2020 to January 2021.

Before their time at BOH Environmental LLC, Silvestro worked at HDT Global as the Senior Vice President of Defense Sales from July 2019 to September 2020. Michael also served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Government Relations from November 2016 to July 2019. Earlier in their career, Silvestro held roles at BAE Systems, where they were the Sr. Director of Business Development from July 2012 to November 2016, and the Director of Government Relations from October 2009 to July 2012.

Silvestro also gained experience at Accenture as the Manager of Accenture National Security Services Office of Government Relations from March 2008 to October 2009. Prior to that, they worked as Counsel and Military Advisor for Rep Jim Saxton at the U.S. House of Representatives from June 2004 to March 2008. Additionally, Silvestro had a role as an Associate at Cassidy & Associates from May 2003 to June 2004. Michael started their career at San Juan MEPS, where they held roles as Testing/Operations Officer from March 2000 to May 2003, and Platoon Leader/Installation Postal Officer from February 1999 to March 2000.

Michael Silvestro attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1994 to 1998. Michael then pursued a JD degree at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law from 2003 to 2007. Michael also completed the Advanced Management Program in Global Leadership and Strategy at The Wharton School in 2019.
