Misty Newsome

Misty Newsome has extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance management, currently serving as Manager at Battelle since June 2015, where previous roles included Interim Manager and Systems Analyst. Prior to Battelle, Misty worked at Abbott from 1999 to 2015, progressing from an Administrative Assistant to a Financial Technician, Associate System Analyst, and Business Systems Analyst, leading projects that improved business processes and enhanced efficiency. Earlier career experience includes a role as PBX Console Specialist at Acloche. Misty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from The Ohio State University.
