Param Sankar

Param Sankar is an experienced leader in transportation and smart infrastructure with a robust background in research, development, and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of the Transportation & Smart Infrastructure Division at Battelle since May 2017, Param oversees a multi-million dollar portfolio while leading initiatives in transportation policy, connected vehicles, and rail safety. Prior experience includes heading US Operations and Business Development at dataWerks USA, managing a $45M program for Experience Intelligence at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, and providing expertise in transportation planning at Cambridge Systematics. Param holds an MBA in Strategy from Emory University and advanced degrees in Transportation Engineering and Civil Engineering.
