Rafay Hassan

Rafay Hassan is a seasoned professional with 25 years of expertise in operations research and program management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Research Analyst at Battelle since August 2019. Prior experience includes working as a CBRN Program & Budget Analyst at Dalpar Corporation, where coordination of a $6.9 billion DoD Chemical and Biological Defense Program took place. As a Program Manager for Professional Analysis, Inc., Rafay managed multiple Coast Guard contracts totaling $2.4 million, and similarly oversaw significant Marine Corps contracts at KALMAN & Company. With extensive background as a CBRN Requirements Analyst and Decontamination Requirements Consultant, Rafay has proven competency in managing decontamination programs and guiding teams through acquisition processes for Joint Services. A former USMC CWO-4 CBRN Officer, Rafay holds a BS in Business Management & Organizational Development from the University of Mount Olive and has pursued further education at the Defense Acquisition University and other institutions.
