Steven Lowery has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Steven began their career in 2015 at Brose Group, where they worked as an Electronics Development Engineer, focusing on the development of mechatronic systems. Steven then moved on to Apollo America Inc. in 2016, where they served as an Electrical Design Engineer, responsible for the design and development of fire protection electronics.

In 2017, Steven joined Honeywell as an Advanced Electrical Engineer. In this role, they contributed to the design and calibration of Electronic Sensing devices for the Internet of Things, specifically focusing on MEMS sensors for medical, aviation, transportation, and industrial applications.
