Storm Woods

Storm Woods, MSHRM, has a diverse work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Storm currently holds the position of Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Battelle since April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Battelle from February 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Battelle, Storm worked as a Diversity & Inclusion Manager at L Brands from May 2018 to February 2021. Storm also worked as a Talent Development Specialist at Big Lots Stores from July 2016 to May 2018.

Storm has a background in management and event coordination as well. Storm served as the General Manager at Teavana from March 2009 to July 2016. Additionally, they worked at Shadowbox Live from March 2004 to September 2009, where they held multiple roles including Special Occasions Coordinator, Event Sales, and Assistant to the Marketing Director.

Storm Woods, MSHRM (she/her/hers) obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Franklin University in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Theatre from The Ohio State University between 2008 and 2010. In 2001 to 2004, Storm attended The University of Michigan-Flint, where their field of study was Theatre.
