Taylor Constantine

Taylor Constantine, SHRM-CP, is a Talent Program Specialist at Battelle since December 2019, focusing on talent programs for professional and technical skill growth and leadership development. Previously, Taylor served as a recruiter managing the University Internship/Co-op Program and was responsible for full life cycle recruiting across various corporate functions. Prior experience includes supporting recruitment efforts for over 200 Temporary Field Technicians at the National Ecological Observatory Network and leading hiring initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic for Battelle's Critical Care Decontamination Systems project. Taylor also held multiple positions during tenure at The Ohio State University, including Senior Facility Manager, Buckeye Leadership Fellows Student Coordinator, and Cluster Facilitator for the Emerging Leaders Institute. Additional experience includes an internship at the University of California, Los Angeles, coordinating operations for international soccer teams and consulting on student employee hiring practices. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University.
