Jeremy Matuszak, M.D., MBA has extensive work experience in the field of psychiatry and healthcare management. Jeremy is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at Willow Springs Center since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief of Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at UHS from 2014 onward. Jeremy also worked as the Medical Director for Signature Healthcare Services from February 2018 to April 2020, where they played a crucial role in the development and certification of a psychiatric facility. Jeremy has also served as the Director of Residency Training at the University of Nevada School of Medicine from December 2011 to July 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at the University of Nevada Reno from July 2009 to July 2014.
Jeremy Matuszak, M.D., MBA has a diverse education history which includes obtaining an M.D. from UC San Diego School of Medicine in 2004, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2013 to 2016, a Fellowship Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from University of Nevada, Reno from 2007 to 2009, a Residency Training in General Psychiatry from University of Nevada, Reno from 2004 to 2007, and a B.S. in Biology from University of Nevada, Reno from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained various certifications such as Suboxone from the Drug Enforcement Administration in 2018, Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Advanced (Estimated) and Duolingo German Fluency: Intermediate (Estimated) from Duolingo in 2016, and is Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and General Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
