Amalfi Parker Elder, Esq. currently serves as the Director of the Battered Women's Justice Project, where leadership focuses on re-centering the coordinated community response to gender-based violence around the experiences and needs of survivors. Previous roles include Senior Program & Training Specialist and Blueprint for Safety Program & Training Specialist at Praxis International, and interagency coordinator for the Blueprint for Safety at the City of New Orleans Department of Health. Amalfi also practiced law as an attorney at Parker & Elder Law. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and a degree from The George Washington University.
