Justin Gandy

Justin Gandy has extensive experience in supply chain management and program leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Critical Materials & Recycling Programs at Batteries Plus since July 2025, Justin previously held key positions at H-E-B, including Program Leader and Category Manager, from August 2019 to July 2025. Additional roles include Project Manager at Whataburger and Supply Chain Manager at Toshiba International Corporation. Earlier career achievements include project management and commodity development at H-E-B, senior management in supply chain and client services at The Phoenix Group, and a lead communications consultant role at Sprint Nextel. Justin Gandy holds a degree from Texas Tech University.
