Melissa Schmear

Melissa Schmear is an experienced Accounts Payable Manager with extensive expertise in financial management. Since February 2014, Melissa has held various roles at Batteries Plus, overseeing accounts payable for corporately owned locations and managing product invoices and general expenses. Prior to this, Melissa served as Accounting & Human Resources Manager at Brookfield Suites Hotel & Convention Center and handled accounts payable and payroll for SURG Restaurant Group. Melissa holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from Milwaukee Area Technical College, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to complete in December 2025.
