Jeanne Piga-Plunkett is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition, food service, and program management. Currently serving as the Organization Manager at International Battery Metals Ltd. since June 2022, Jeanne has also been the Dietetic Internship Director at UTHSC since November 2014, focusing on nutrition education. As a Registered Dietitian and Foodservice Consultant, Jeanne provides services predominantly to the PACE - Lutheran Senior LIFE. With over 18 years of experience as the Director and Owner of Simply Elegant Foodservices, Jeanne has catered numerous private and corporate events.
