Mark E. Downie

Mark E. Downie is a seasoned entertainment professional with extensive experience as a founding partner and co-CEO at Battery Park Entertainment since February 2016, focusing on impactful branded content across various mediums. Noteworthy film credits include "Exposed," "Hundred Percent," "Franchesca Page," "Escape from China," and "Soundtrack for a Revolution," showcasing a range of award-winning fictional and documentary works. Prior to Battery Park, Mark Downie was a partner and producer at Ryamar Productions from 2009 to 2012, concentrating on film, television, and digital content creation. In addition, a juror for the International Emmys from 1996 to 2011, Mark Downie also founded Downie & Associates, providing consulting services in literary management and film financing, and worked as a celebrity wrangler and fundraiser for John Kerry's presidential campaign from 1999 to 2000. Mark Downie graduated from Brown University with a BA in Modern Culture & Media.
