Nishant Garg

Nishant Garg currently serves as the Head of Growth at Battery Smart since March 2024, leading national expansion and demand initiatives, including the launch of 18–20 new cities and doubling the existing city footprint within a year. Prior to Battery Smart, Nishant held various leadership roles, including Zonal Head - North at Stanza Living and Cluster Head at BlackBuck, where responsibilities included building teams, managing P&L, and implementing product interventions. Earlier experience also includes roles at OYO, where Nishant built extensive sales teams and developed new revenue streams, as well as operations and customer experience management. Nishant began the career as an Oracle DBA at IBM India, gaining expertise in application development and support. Nishant holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat.
