Dillon joined Battery in 2016 as an associate. He focuses on growth and later-stage software investments, including growth-equity, buyouts, rollups and take-privates. He is currently involved with Battery’s investments in Guardsquare, PageUp and Quinyx.
Prior to joining Battery, Dillon was an investment banking analyst in Barclays’ technology group. There, he worked on a variety of M&A transactions, debt and equity financings and strategic-advisory assignments.
Dillon holds a BS in business administration with a concentration in finance and accounting from Boston University.
