Shiran Shalev

Shiran enjoys working with great entrepreneurs at all stages looking to solve problems spanning the software and consumer landscape, and has a particular fascination with financial services. Shiran is currently involved with Battery’s investments in Affirm, BigPanda, CrediFi, Cross River Bank, EDR, Gong.io, GuardiCore, hibob, N26, Next Insurance, NorthOne, Sofar Sounds, Soldo and Zeitgold. Previously, he was also involved with Elastifile (acquired by Google) and Insert Mobile (acquired by Pendo).

Prior to Battery, Shiran was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank, working in both financial institutions and technology coverage.

Shiran received a BS in bioengineering with honors from the University of California at Los Angeles.
