Antonia de Santis

Antonia De Santis currently serves as an HR Generalist at Battipav since February 2022, focusing on personnel administration, recruitment, employee development, and organizational well-being. Prior to this role, Antonia worked as an HR Consultant at SCR from January 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, administering psychological tests, and providing organizational consulting and training on soft skills. Antonia's earlier experience includes roles as a Clinical Psychologist at Azienda USL della Romagna and Cooperativa Sociale Agape, where investigative and supportive activities were conducted within family and clinical contexts.
