Heather Connors

Heather Connors has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Heather began their career in 2000 as a Head Teller at Long Island Commercial Bank. Heather then held the same role at Commerce Bank from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they moved to EverBank as an Operations Support, where they serviced customers via telephone and email. From 2014 to 2019, they worked for Capital One, first as a Credit Process Support Specialist II and then as a Principal Operations Coordinator. In 2019, they joined Donaldson Organization as a PreCon/Purchasing Coordinator. In 2020, they took on two roles, first as an Associate Compliance Analyst at BNB Bank and then as a Digital Lending Admin and Business Banking Portfolio Credit Associate I at Dime Community Bank. Heather currently holds the role of Banking Operations Lead at Battle Bank.

Heather Connors earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from American InterContinental University between 2010 and 2012.
