Jack Biliter has over 25 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis and management. Jack began their career in 1995 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Barnett Bank. In 1998, they became the Controller of U.S. Defense Systems at Armor Holdings. In 1999, they became VP, Financial Planning & Analysis at HomeSide Lending, Inc. where they provided leadership for a 15 person finance and accounting team during a critical transition period following the acquisition of HomeSide Lending by Washington Mutual Bank. In 2002, they joined TIAA Bank as VP, Sr. Management Information Systems Manager and VP, Planning & Analysis. In 2013, they were appointed Director, Financial Planning & Analysis at Acosta Sales & Marketing, where they managed and prepared the monthly forecasting activities for the company. In 2016, they became Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, where they eliminated a $10+ million budget shortfall in the corporate division by working with the senior management team to identify and re-organize expenses into manageable functional areas. In 2017, they were appointed Division Director at Robert Half Management Resources. In 2019, they rejoined TIAA Bank as Financial Planning and Analysis. Currently, they are an Independent Contractor at JDB Consulting and Director of Financial Reporting & Analysis at Battle Bank.

Jack Biliter attended Clay High School before enrolling in the University of North Florida's College of Business Administration, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1990.
