Vinnie Amato

Vincent Amato is a co-founder and will be the Chief Operations Officer at Battle Bank when it opens. Right now he oversees the development and execution of Battle Bank’s business operations, customer service, and technology. He will create and deliver operational processes, technology platforms,s, and integration solutions while standing up a best-in-class customer service team. Prior to Battle Financial, Inc., Vincent Amato was a co-founding partner of everBank.com and served as Head of Banking Operations for 21 years, where he was responsible for all banking operations and delivery systems. everBank.com was acquired by First Alliance Bank in 2002 and the combined company was rebranded EverBank based out of Jacksonville, FL. The parent company, EverBank Financial went public in 2012 and as a $27B institution was acquired by TIAA in 2017 for $2.5B.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
