Karla Menzel

Karla Menzel is a seasoned marketing professional and entrepreneur currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder at &Menzel since August 2024. Karla has extensive experience in growth marketing, holding the position of Growth Marketer at Karla since May 2022, and has also worked as a Creative Producer in Communications at Battle Royal Studios since December 2022, focusing on immersive events and brand communication. Prior roles include Digital Marketing Consultant at Noodles Noodles & Noodles Corp. from April 2020 to April 2024, and various consulting and managerial positions in social media and marketing at companies such as Milano Vice, Dille & Kamille, House of Beautiful Business, and spacedealer GmbH. Karla began building a foundation in marketing through a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communication from SRH Berlin School of Design and Communication, completed in 2019.
