Martin Ebner

Martin Ebner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and technology management within the electric vehicle and battery sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Sensirion since June 2023, Martin focuses on the sales effort and product launch of thermal runaway sensors for electric vehicles while representing Switzerland in the ISO norm committee on electric vehicle safety. Prior to this, Martin held key roles at Battrion AG, including Chief Technology Officer and CEO & Co-founder, where responsibilities included overseeing technology industrialization and guiding the company's growth to generate over 5 million CHF in income. Martin's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich, complemented by a strong foundation in micro- and nanosystems and innovation in battery technology.
