Ega Maresthy

Ega Maresthy has been working in the Human Resources field since 2008. In 2008, they were an Assistant Lecturer at Universitas Paramadina. In 2009, they were a Corporate Communications Intern at PT. XL Axiata Tbk. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk in roles such as HR Rewards Policy & Communication and Project Management Assistant - LCD and COE. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at PT. Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk as a Human Resources Business Partner. Since 2019, they have been the Head of Human Capital at Batumbu.

Ega Maresthy earned a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations from Universitas Paramadina in 2009.
