Theia Gabatan is an experienced marketing and community professional with a diverse background in non-profit and social enterprise sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing and Community Coordinator for the Blackbird Foundation, Theia's role focuses on fostering creativity in young people. Additionally, Theia works as a Lived Experience Storyteller for batyr, enhancing mental health awareness among youth. Previous positions include Marketing Coordinator for Young Change Agents, Marketing Assistant at Startmate, and a Marketing and Consultant Team Assistant at Deloitte PDS Group. Theia's leadership experience includes serving as President and Vice President of IMPACT Social Enterprise, where strategic vision and communications were key responsibilities.
