Ella Silverman

Ella Silverman has worked in various roles in the fashion industry since 2006. Her first role was as a Trim Department Assistant at Ralph Lauren, which they held from 2006 to 2011. During this time, they also worked as a Trim Associate and Trim Manager at Ralph Lauren. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Brand Consultant at RxRox, a Registration Manager, Delegate Coordinator, and Volunteer Coordinator at New Music Seminar, a PR & Styling Assistant at Giambattista Valli, and a Showroom Manager at Robyn G Accessories. Since 2011, Ella has been working at BaubleBar Inc., where they have held the roles of Manager, Sourcing & Production, Senior Manager, Sourcing & Production, and Associate Director, Sourcing & Production, and is currently the Sourcing & Production Director.

Ella Silverman completed a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising Management/Product Development from the Fashion Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an AAS in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2011. Before that, they attended American University for a year in 2005, studying International Studies. Ella is also JDA Certified.
